Casserole with farfalle and pumpkin

Ingredients for 1 serving
  • Pumpkin 300 g
  • Olive oil 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1.2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper 0.5 teaspoon
  • Dobrodeya farfalle 250 g
  • Bacon 100 g
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Egg 2 pcs.
  • Red pepper 0.25 teaspoon
  • Hard chees 0.5 cup
Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil the Dobrodeya farfalle in the salted water, until cooked.
  2. Cook the pumpkin. Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil. spread the pumpkin pre-mixed with olive oil, salt and pepper on a baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  3. Fry the bacon and garlic in a frying pan.
  4. Beat the eggs, salt and red pepper.
  5. Put the cooked pasta, pumpkin, bacon into one bowl, pour the egg mixture, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for 20 minutes.

Excellent autumn casserole is ready.
