Fusilli with broccoli and tomatoes

Ingredients for 1 serving
  • Fusilli – 200 g
  • Broccoli (taken to curds) – 3 cups
  • Cherry tomatoes – 8 pcs.
  • Extra class olive oil – 0.25 glass
  • Garlic (finely chopped) – 2 cloves
  • Chili pepper – 2 pcs.
  • Salt – at option
  • Basil, fresh leaves for decoration
Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil pasta in the salted water until al dente condition according to the instructions on the pack.
  2. Boil broccoli in the salted water for about 5 minutes. Rinse with cold water, dry.
  3. Remove seeds from chili pepper and cut into small cubes.
  4. Heat up the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Put the garlic, chili pepper and tomatoes, cook and stir for about 1 minute.
  5. Put broccoli in the pan, mix and stir for 2 minutes. Then put the pasta in the frying pan, and cook for 2 more minutes.
  6. Serve pasta on the serving plates, decorating with basil leaves.
