Spaghetti with ham

Ingredients for 1 serving
  • Dobrodeya spaghetti – 300 g;
  • Red onion – 1 pc.;
  • Garlic – 2 cloves;
  • Bellpepper – 2 pcs.;
  • Ham – 200 g;
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons;
  • White wine – 1/4 glass;
  • Chili pepper, salt, black pepper
Cooking Instructions
  1. Cut the ham into cubes, cut the onion, garlic, bell pepper into slices and fry in the frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  2. Boil spaghetti in the salted water until cooked. Place into the frying pan to the vegetables, mix well. Add wine and smother until alcohol boils down.
  3. Place the cooked spaghetti into the deep dish and decorate with grated cheese and green.
