Spaghetti with sun-dried tomatoes and greens

Ingredients for 1 serving
  • Dobrodeya «Spaghetti for Health» – 300 g
  • Sun-dried tomatoes – 85 g
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Onion (finely chopped) – 1 pc.
  • Garlic (finely chopped) – 2 cloves
  • Fresh parsley (finely chopped) – 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh rosemary (finely chopped) – 1 teaspoon
  • Water – 1 glass
  • Basil leaves – 10 pcs.
  • Salt and black ground pepper at option
  • Parmigiano (grated) – 3 tablespoons
Cooking Instructions
  1. Put the tomatoes in a bowl and pour boiling water, leave for 5 minutes. Remove 1/3 of all tomatoes from the bowl and cut into small pieces. Put the remaining tomatoes in a blender with water and grind until smooth, puree-like condition.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Put onion and fry in a frying pan, while stirring, for about 5 minutes, until soft. Add the garlic and fry until the discoloration begins. Put the puree-like mixture in a frying pan, bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add the greens, season with salt and pepper. Stew for 2 more minutes.
  3. Boil the pasta in the salted water until cooked. Put the spaghetti For Health in a frying pan, add the basil. Mix well.

Serve the pasta on the serving plates, sprinkled with cheese.
