It is necessary to prepare 2 two pots of water: one for spaghetti, the second for poached eggs.
- Boil spaghetti in the salted boiling water until cooked. Place in the colander. Put aside.
- Fry the bacon and tomatoes in a frying pan in olive oil. Season with pepper and salt. Add spaghetti and mix well.
- To prepare the poached eggs, bring the water to a boil in a separate cooking pot, add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, lower the temperature so that the water hardly boils. Stir the water in a saucepan with a beater to make a funnel. Smash the egg as close as possible to the water surface and immerse the raw egg in the funnel. Boil the egg for 2 minutes, then use the slotted spoon to get it out of the water and put on the dish.
- Place spaghetti with bacon and tomatoes in a serving plate, sprinkle with basil and grated cheese. Place the poached egg on top.
