«Royal pleasure» salad

Ingredients for 1 serving
  • Dobrodeya farfalle – 200 g
  • Brussels sprout – 400 g
  • Broccoli – 1 pc.
  • Olive oil – 7-8 tablespoons
  • Mozzarella cheese – 220 g
  • Olives – 300 g
  • Pomegranate – 1 pc.
  • Black ground pepper, salt – at option
Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil pasta in the salted water, while stirring, until cooked. Place the cooked pasta in a colander and cool down.
  2. Divide brocolliinto the curds. Wash and dry the brussels sprouts and broccoli.
  3. Cover the pan with the parchment paper. Put the cooked brussels sprouts and broccoli on it. Sprinkle it with olive oil.
  4. Bake in the oven preheated up to 180 degree for 15 minutes until the vegetables turn golden brown. Get the cooked vegetables out of the oven. Cool it down.
  5. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
  6. Cut the olives in half.
  7. Remove seeds from the pomegranate.
  8. Pit pasta, sliced cheese and olives, as well as broccoli and brussels sprouts in a large serving bowl. Season with salt, pepper at option and dress with olive oil. Mix everything well. Put the pomegranate seeds on the top.
