Penne rigato with tomatoes and spinach

Ingredients for 1 serving
  • Dobrodeya penne rigato with tomatoes and spinach 400 g
  • Smoked brisket pork 200 g
  • Tomatoes 6 pcs.
  • Broccoli 200 g
  • Cauliflower 200 g
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Dry thyme 1 g
  • Salt 2 teaspoons
  • Black ground pepper 0.5 teaspoon
  • Olive oil 50 ml
Cooking Instructions
  1. Divide broccoli and cauliflower into the curds. Rinse and cook for 3-5 minutes. Place the cooked broccoli and cauliflower in cold water so that they do not lose their color.
  2. Boil penne rigato with tomatoes and spinach in the salted water until cooked.
  3. Wash tomatoes and cut into quarters.
  4. Cut the smoked brisket into thin slabs. Fry in a small amount of olive oil, add the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with dry thyme. Mix.
  5. Drain the water from the cauliflower and broccoli, pour into the frying pan to other products. Mix, place on low heat for 2 minutes. Mix again.
