Boil the noodles in the salted water until cooked. Peel and cut onion and bell pepper (cut the onion in half-rings and cut the pepper in straw). Put into the saucepan, preheated with a sufficient amount of vegetable oil. Fry. Then divide broccoli into curds and put in a pan with additional water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, then add to the vegetables and simmer together. When broccoli, onions and peppers are ready, add sliced tomatoes. Stew for another 10 minutes until the vegetables are ready. Put the noodles in the cooked vegetables, mix everything well. Serve in the bowls.
