Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients for 1 serving
  • Forced meat (beef + pork) 300 g
  • Dobrodey spaghetti For Health 300 g
  • Beef broth 180 ml
  • Red wine 150 ml
  • Parmigiano 50 g
  • Sweet butter 20 g
  • Garlic 2 cloves, tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
  • Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
  • Basil, celery and herbs de Provence – 1 teaspoon each
  • Pepper, salt
Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil spaghetti for Health in the salted water until cooked. Next, heat up the vegetable oil and sweet butter in a deep frying pan, put the chopped onions and garlic, fry until the onions are transparent.
  2. Put the forced meat in a frying pan, fry, while stirring, over medium heat for 15minutes, then pour the wine, stew until the alcohol evaporates.
  3. Grind the tomatoes, add to the frying pan along with the tomato paste, pour the beef broth, mix and boil over medium heat for 30-40 minutes.
  4. Add spices and herbs to the frying pan, sesame with salt. Finely grate the Parmesan cheese.
  5. When all the liquid in the Bolognese sauce is evaporated by half, the forced meat issoften - it is ready. Put the spaghetti on the dish, top with the sauce. Sprinkle spaghetti Bolognese before serving with the grated Parmesan and chopped greens.
