We produce wheat flour according to the state standard GOST R 52189-2003. In addition to the strict GOST criteria, we check the flour for another ten quality parameters.
For the Dobrodeya high-grade baker’s flour, the grain is ground into the flour with a particle size of 112 microns that is about 1/10 of a millimeter. Such grinding provides the high-quality flour, and the particle size is of great importance for establishing the future bread quality.
